Preparation
Colds:
An infusion with 20 grams or 1/4 cup of leaves in 1 liter of water.
Take 1 cup hot or cold at bedtime.
Infusion: 1 liter of boiling
water over 1 spoonful of crushed leaves. let to stand for 10 minutes.
Take 1/2 cup every 6 hours. In the event of diarrhea take 1/2 cup every 4
hours.
Decoction: Boil 2 tablespoon of chopped avocado seed in 1
cup of water for 5 minutes
Toothache: soak a cotton swab in the
decoction and place it on the tooth.
Dry skin/scalp: apply the flesh
of directly on the effected area.
