Common Uses

Internal application
- stops vomiting, relieves flatulence, and given with chalk and astringents is useful for diarrhea and hemorrhage of the womb
- Calms the stomach, helps with digestion, tonic, diuretic, stimulant
- Urinary track and vaginal infections
- Alleviates pain
- Lowers blood pressure

- Astringent for cuts scrapes and bruises


Preparation
Infusion: 1/2-3/4 teaspoonful of powder cinnamon tree, or 1 teaspoon of crushed cinnamon in 1 cup of boiling water. Drink 1/ cups three times a day, especially after meals.
