Common Uses

Internal Application
- Intestinal worms in children.
- Detoxifies
in the body, colds, flu,
- Asthma, emphysema, bronchitis, fevers,
- Hypertension, rheumatism,
- Bladder problems, gastritis, ulcers, irritable bowel, cystitis,
- Sinusitis, coughs, kidney stones, intestinal complaints, goiter, PMS, regulating menstrual flow,
- Hoarseness, congestion, hay fever, diarrhea,
- Blood sugar stabilizer in diabetics, laxative

External Application
- Insect bites, minor wounds and dermatitis

- Skin disorders such as rashes, wounds, ulcerations, cuts, swelling, sprains, bruises, burns, eczema, cracked lips, poison ivy,

mosquito bites, diaper rash, boils, blisters, hemorrhoids.

-Draws poison from bee stings, snake bites, spider biters, splinters and thorns, reduces the rick of scarring with more severe cuts

Preparation
Seeds can be dried and infused in water for a soothing eye lotion.

Pour two cups boiling water over one ounce dried/fresh leaves. Brew for 10 minutes. Take 1 cup per day depending on condition The leaves can be bruised and rubbed on the skin.
