Preparation
Seeds can be
dried and infused in water for a soothing eye lotion.
Pour
two cups boiling water over one ounce dried/fresh leaves. Brew for 10
minutes. Take 1 cup per day depending on condition The leaves can be
bruised and rubbed on the skin.
