Common Uses

Internal Application

External Application
- Dandruff and other skin ailments and blemishes
- Hair loss

Preparation
Infusion: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 tablespoon of nettle leaves. Let stand for 5 minutes and strain. Sweeten with honey and drink 2-3 cups during the day.
