Internal Application
- Colds and coughs, (high in Vitamin C), restrain infection, reduce inflammation, expel phlegm, and support the adrenal glands.
External Application
Good for preventing and treating infections in skin wounds. Pine needle salve can be applied to cuts, chapped lips, and dry skin
Preparation
1oz pine needles to 2 cups boiling water, leave to stand until cool and drink.
